I won a prize, and they asked for payment for shipping and handling, so I paid $8,98 for shipping. Then I got another message saying they wanted another $43.61 for a chance to win more prizes in a raffle. I did not agree to these terms. I canceled, and they wanted to give me a percentage back and give me $13.00 back for a refund.
